We know that the Bible is the bestselling book in the world, however many still do not have the proper understanding of its content. Due to this reason, Editora Árvore da Vida Publishing House came into being with books that explain the Bible, bringing forth His revelation to light. It has been a help to many Christians, and we hope that it will continue to be so in the future as well.

The opening of many BooKafés in several places (300 up to April 2013) is due to this. Dozens of Christians who were helped by the revelation of God's word made themselves available so that through an informal environment, which is open throughout the day also offering various types of food, may attract many who do not know God's plan to enjoy the true food that which is the word of God. In this healthy environment, there are reserved spaces for prayer, Bible studies, and collective readings which are there for spiritual help for its visitors.

Objectives

The word BooKafé, according to its Portuguese origin makes clear its main goal:

BooK: the word book in English

Fé: meaning The Faith in Portuguese that is the content of God's eternal plan, His economy.

God's eternal plan is recorded in His word, the Bible.

The main objective of BooKafé is to make available for all people the Bible and books that explain in a simple and objective way God's eternal plan.

Therefore, through a pleasant environment, this project aims to reach Christian and non-Christian families so that further than enjoying a delicious cup of coffee they may also be brought into the Faith by the word of God contained in the books.

BooKafé began its activities in mid-2009 it had a significant expansion in various places around the world.

It all began from a very special feeling, originated God Himself, which is to save every man, infusing him with His life and nature, developing His life in man so he can be able to cooperate with God in His Kingdom. (1Tim 2:4; John 10:10; John 3:16; Rev 5:10)

In fact, for many years this feeling occupied the hearts of many brothers and sisters who voluntarily consecrated themselves so that the word os God would be made accessible to all men.
